International Day of Persons with Disabilities 2025

Today, WASSA stands with persons with disabilities and reaffirms that safety, dignity, and inclusion are fundamental rights for all.

People with disabilities especially women and girls face higher risks of violence, discrimination, and exclusion. During the 16 Days of Activism, WASSA raises its voice to demand accessible services, equal opportunities, and a society where every person can live free from violence.

Together, let’s build a community that respects differences, protects rights, and ensures that no one is left behind.
Inclusion makes our society stronger.⁩
