Protection Services

WASSA implements a holistic protection framework that includes case management, prevention, response, and community empowerment.

    • Protection Case Management and SoV Case Management
        • Individual case management for survivors of violence and persons at risk
        • SoV response including medical, psychosocial, and legal referrals
        • Confidential and survivor-centered services
    • Community-Based Protection
        • Establishment of community protection committees and networks
        • Regular community dialogues and FGDs on key protection themes
        • Capacity building of community leaders on protection principles
        • Facilitation and sustainability of community protection structures
        • Linking protection beneficiaries to livelihood and empowerment opportunities
    • Safe Spaces and Awareness
        • Women and girls’ safe spaces and Multi-Purpose Women’s Centers (MPWCs) as hubs for psychosocial support, learning, and income generation.
